Returns Policy

REFUND, REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGE

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.


Qualification for Refund or Replacement :
1    Refund of Applicable Amount / Replacement of Product / Item, which are NOT Consumables and do NOT belong to a category of Consumables, may be invoked in occasions wherein such said Product / Item is proved to be defective, damaged in transportation or ab initio, incomplete and/or incorrect with respect to the Order so specified; and further, upon enlistment of legitimate reasons whereby the Party invoking such Refund or Replacement, can present legally tenable evidence(s) which beyond incontrovertible doubt, succeed in supporting the cause of action for the genuine request for such Refund or Replacement; and when such genuine requests for the said Refund of Applicable Amount or Replacement of Product / Item is made WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt / delivery of relevant consignment consisting of such Product / Item so sought to be refunded or replaced; provided that :    (i)    the Product / Item is Unused;
(ii)  the packing of the Product / Item is not torn and tattered;
(iii)  the seal of the Product / Item is unbroken;
(iv)  the Product / Item is returned in a Saleable condition
including but not limited to
(v)  the Tags and Brochures of Product / Item being intact.
1(a)  Refund at the instance of Petville / Petville website :
(i  All such refunds will be interest-free;
(ii)  Actual Costs of transporting / shipping / taxes / octroi to be borne by Petville / Petville website
1(b)  Refund at the instance of Petville Customer(s) / Client(s) / Users of the Petville website :
(i)  Actual Costs of transporting / shipping / taxes / octroi to be borne by Petville Customer(s) / Client(s) / Users of the Petville website so requesting such qualifying refund.

Qualification for Exchange : Exchange of Product / Item for another Product / Item is at the sole discretion of Petville / Petville website and is applicable to such Product / Item which are NOT Consumables and do NOT belong to a category of Consumables and in instances where the Petville Customer(s) / Client(s) can present legally tenable evidence(s) which beyond incontrovertible doubt, succeed in supporting the cause of action for the genuine request for such exchange(s) due to inadvertently / erroneously placed ordered and when such genuine requests for an exchange is made WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt / delivery of relevant consignment consisting of such Product / Item so sought to be exchanged; provided that :
(i)  the Product / Item is Unused;
(ii)  the packing of the Product / Item is not torn and tattered;
(iii)  the seal of the Product / Item is unbroken;
(iv)  the Product / Item is returned in a Saleable condition
including but not limited to
(v)    the Tags and Brochures of Product / Item being intact.

All Products / Items requiring to be sent for Refund / Replacement / Exchange need to be sent to Petville / Petville website Customer Care Address as mentioned below at the cost of transportation to be evaluated and decided by Petville / Petville website on a case-to-case basis :

Petville reserves the right to cancel a confirmed order in situations when Petville is unable to fulfil the order.


Petville is not liable to pay any compensation in such cases Refund and Return
Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the Seller/ Petville on the Petvillestore website. Following situations may arise:
1. Item was defective
2. Item was damaged in transit
3. Products was / were missing
4. Wrong item was received

Return could also result in refund of money in some of the cases.

We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong itePetville/seller shall not be entitled to anyreturn/refund.
The following RULES apply to this Policy:
1. Certain consumableitemswill not be returned or refunded, the list of such items include in case the seal is found to be broken. The list of such items includes food, grooming products, supplements, dog apparel, beds, car seat covers etc
2. In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to Petville within 3 days from the time of delivery.
3. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
4. In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, customer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account.
5. Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by expert of Petville


Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to:
Customer care Petville Pet Shop, Shop no 2, Parmar Square, Near Reliance Mart, Kharadi Pune 411014.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
